Brazilian IT companies: open for business in Barcelona

Brazilian IT companies are in Barcelona today, promoting business in the Forrester IT Forum EMEA 2011.  Presenting under the brand Brazil IT +, which represents the Brazilian software industry and IT services abroad, participating companies will have direct access to business opportunities and will have a collective stand and supported the dissemination of their materials to the most of 700 speakers expected for the three day event.

“The Brazilian market for information technology is large, sophisticated and innovative. Our advanced IT systems can contribute to economic development and competitiveness of European, African and Middle East, “said Antonio Gil, president of Brasscom.

Besides the direct opportunities for business development, programming also includes analytical presentations, real case studies and meetings with individual experts from Forrester, one of the highlights of the event. There will be 11 tracks covering everything from application development, through business processes, policies collaborative infraestutura and safety to sales and marketing strategies.

“Europe and Africa are increasingly taking an ever larger markets as buyers of the solutions developed by Brazilian companies and is therefore very important to our presence in an event like the Forrester IT Forum, focused on promoting business and partnerships “he says Arnaldo Bacha, vice executive president of SOFTEX.

Who is behind it: 

The Association for Promotion of Brazilian Software Excellence (SOFTEX) and the Brazilian Association of Information Technology and Communication (Brasscom), in partnership with the Brazilian Export Promotion and Investment Agency (Apex-Brazil).
