An interesting point of view about Brazilian growth in the next 5 years

“Unless Brazil is unlike any other country, increased demands will start with goods and services that will require the infra-structure to keep up — or fall behind… As any country grows (Germany, Japan are best examples for the past 50-60 years), there is a push to gain reliable resources – human and otherwise… as the workers build savings, retail starts competing for their money. But the question is — what will increase the demands for goods and services? Lula has been globalizing Brazil and with the World Cup Soccer and Olympics arriving in the coming years, Brazil will learn like all have that quality needs to follow price… Right now there is a HUGE demand for clothing from the USA because of just that – quality… Japan learned this during the 70’s – once the quality kicked in, they had NO problem selling anywhere… Su unofficially quality — and excellence — is the bigest sector that will need to grow in the coming 5 years…”
