Brazil has 127k families with net worth above US$1mn, according to
Boston Consulting Group research just made public recently. This means that Brazil is 17th in the ranking of countries with the most millionaires. The US ranks 1st with 4.1mn households, Japan comes in 2nd, and China, 3rd. India and Brazil, together with China, are the only emerging markets on the 20-country list.
